Shared Group Rides
Small Group Guided Cycling Rides in the Lake District
Not every ride needs a private booking. Group rides run periodically throughout the season: we open up a guided ride to anyone who wants to join: same standard of guiding, same hard limit of eight riders, just shared rather than private.
It's the easiest way to ride with us if you don't need the trip built entirely around you, or if you're on your own and would rather ride alongside others than book a private guide for one.
Difficulty: Approachable: a good fit if you ride regularly and are comfortable with 3-4 hours in the saddle. No specific climbing experience needed.

How it works
-
Group rides run periodically through the season, dates and meeting points listed below, new rides added regularly
-
Half-day format: 3-4 hours, meeting at an agreed Lake District location with a cafe stop midway.
-
Approx. 55-60km at a relaxed, sociable pace, including a coffee stop
-
Never more than eight riders
-
Pace is set to suit the group riding that day: nobody gets left behind, and nobody's stuck waiting around either
-
Spots are limited and go to whoever books first
-
£45 per rider
