Every bespoke trip we plan starts with a blank page and ends with something nobody else has ever ridden in quite the same way.

How it Works
01. Tell us about your ride
Use the form below, drop us an email, or call. There’s no obligation and no form-filling at this stage — just tell us roughly who’s riding, what you’re after, and when. The more detail you give us, the better, but “I want to ride the Lakes properly” is enough to start.

Group size, rough ability level, preferred dates or flexibility, any specific goals or routes in mind. That’s it to start.

02. We come back with a proposal
Within 48 hours, we’ll send a tailored proposal — a day-by-day outline of the trip we’d design for you, with accommodation options, indicative pricing, and our thinking behind the route choices. No commitment required at this stage.

A route overview, day-by-day itinerary draft, accommodation suggestions, and total indicative cost. Fully editable based on your feedback.

03. We refine it together
Most bespoke trips go through one or two rounds of refinement — adjusting distances, swapping a night’s accommodation, adding or removing a climb. We work through it with you until it’s exactly right. There’s no extra charge for this part.
Typical timeline
Most trips are finalised within a week of first contact. Complex or multi-week itineraries may take a little longer.

04. Confirm & Prepare
Once you’re happy, we take a deposit to confirm the booking and get to work securing your accommodation and finalising every detail. You’ll receive a full pre-trip pack including GPX files, kit guidance, route profiles, and a briefing call with your guide before you travel.
Deposit & Payment
25% deposit to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks before departure. Full cancellation policy provided with your booking confirmation.

05. Arrive. Leave the rest to us
On the day
Your guide meets you on day one. From that moment, every detail is handled. You ride, eat, sleep, and ride again. The logistics, the navigation, the stops, the bags — all of it is taken care of. Your only job is to enjoy every mile.
Meet your guide at your accommodation. Kit check, weather update, route briefing. Then we ride.
