1. Booking & Payment

A 25% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the tour. Kelda Adventures reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received.
 

2. Cancellations

More than 30 days: refund minus deposit. 14–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund.
Transfers subject to availability.
 

3. Changes

Routes, schedules or accommodation may be adjusted due to weather, safety or road conditions.
 

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants confirm they are fit, capable and will ride within their limits, follow guide instructions and
comply with the Highway Code

5. Equipment

A roadworthy bike and helmet are required. Participants are responsible for their own equipment.  (Unless equipment is hired specifically for the tour).
 

6. Insurance

Participants must hold appropriate personal accident and third-party liability insurance.
 

7. Medical

Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and confirm fitness to ride.
 

8. Risk Acknowledgement

Cycling involves risks including traffic, weather and road conditions. Participation is at the rider’s
own risk.
 

9. Liability

Kelda Adventures is not liable for injury or loss except in cases of proven negligence.
 

10. Emergency

Participants consent to receive first aid or emergency treatment if required.
 

11. Media

Photos or video may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested.
